Brooklyn Nets will host preseason game Fenerbahce

Brooklyn, NY – The Brooklyn Nets will host Fenerbahce Ulker Istanbul of the Turkish Basketball League for a preseason game on October 5, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. at Barclays Center.

The Turkish league Euroleague Basketball World Tour 2015,  six-time Turkish champion Fenerbahce , arrived yesterday in the New York, the are excited to be guests in Barclays Center in preseason games against the Brooklyn Nets on Monday, October 5 at Barclays Center and the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday, October 9 at Chesapeake Energy Arena.

As it will be a reunion for Bojan Bogdanovic with his former team,” and Pero Antic, he will be happy to have the foot in NBA again.  The Nets will have an opportunity to see one of the best coached teams in all of Europe.

As a member of Fenerbahce, Nets guard/forward Bojan Bogdanovic led the team to the Turkish Basketball League Championship in 2013-14. This past season, the club reached the finals of the Turkish Cup and the final four in the Euroleague.

Fenerbahce has some former NBA players on their team including their newest additions over the summer. Forwards Pero Antic, ex Atlanta Hawks playing last two seasons, Luigi Datome of the Boston Celtics last season and former Los Angeles Clippers reserve Ekpe Udoh.
